Very good & extremely easy. I used boneless chicken tenderloins, 2 extra large fresh pressed cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup butter, and an Italian seasoning blend since I didn't have dried parsley. The blend had pepper so I skipped the extra pepper and it had just enough kick. Broiled 5 minutes, basted and broiled 3 more. And yes, I did set off the smoke alarm but the chicken was perfect!
