So great, but next time I'll do half the butter. I also baked for 40 min. At 375, but next time I'll bake for less time then broil for a few minutes to finish it off. The flavor is delicious, though. Great job.

This meal tasted delicious; I even used some of the seasoning in the side of mashed potatoes! The only problem is it smoked up my house really badly. I'm not sure if I broiled it right though. I've never had this issue before with broiling fish, but that's my only experience with broiling.

I made this for my family tonight and all of us (including myself) loved it! It is not bland at all, and is extremely tasty! The only change I made was I put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Then about every 15 minutes I added some more of the batter to the top of the chicken, until it was all gone.

Our entire family loved this, and so did our guests (they had no idea they were guinea pigs!). The family asked that we make this one of our staple dishes. It is soooo easy and ultra fast to make! I'm not a huge fan of microwaves, so I melted the butter in a small sauce pan with all of the ingredients and poured it over the chicken breasts and broiled on low for about 15-20 minutes. Thanks for the great recipe!

This is just awesome. I was cooking thighs (Skin on though) and this is just a great recipe and I'm actually trying it on pork as I had 3 pkgs of chicken and have to freeze them for my lunch this week. So to make room, I brought out the pork also.

Tried this tonight for the first time, but it definitely will not be the last!!! WOW this Chicken was melt in your mouth amazing! Even my picky 3 year old ate a full serving. The only thing I changed was I added a couple dashes powdered ginger & a bit of splenda to add a little sweetness ONLY because I was in the mood for a Chinese style flavor. I plan to try it again as written. I also found that baking it at 375 for 45 minutes was all the cooking time needed. This is delicious and AFFORDABLE with rice and broccoli around $10 for a family of 4. YUMM Thanks for sharing (=
