STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Beef or Chicken
1 1/2 pounds
boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (10.75 ounce) can
condensed cream of chicken soup

frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
I followed the recipe as is but I cooked the chicken first in olive oil, chopped onion, garlic powder and thyme. It added flavour to the chicken. Baked for 15 mins at 350. Turned out great. I served this with mashed potatoes.
this was easy to make and had potential but was very bland. Needs a lot of spicing up.
This was good! I made this twice and it's so easy. I made it with chicken breasts and canned chicken that I was trying to get rid of. I used defrosted broccoli once and a California blend once. The stuffing really makes it. I seasoned the soup mixture with lemon pepper and a little garlic powder as a preference for the family. You can really play with this one and I think just about anything will come out good in it. I did cut the cook time because my chicken breasts were left over and canned chicken doesn't take long to warm. I think I put it in the oven for 20 min. It reheats well. The stuffing can get a little crisp on top in places so those that don't like that may want to cover. I don't though. This is flavorful and easy even my kids liked it. It's a keeper- great for busy nights or cleaning out the cupboard. Really versatile!
This is really delicious for how simple it is. This time I used bone-in chicken which I boiled with some celery, removed the celery when done and used the stock to make the stuffing. When I mixed the chicken/sauce/veggies I seasoned it with salt, pepper, and garlic/onion powder. Those extra steps added a lot of flavor and made it phenomenal!
This is the same as the recipe on the back of the stovetop stuffing box and it's really good. We usually make it with pre-cooked chicken and top it with some swiss cheese. I think it's a tad bland, so I added some onion last time I made it. Easy, yummy, definitely a keeper.
This was super easy. Only done side is it took almost double the time to cook the chicken and it cause the crust to be a bit burnt
This was okay. Even after 45 minutes at the stated temperature, some of the chicken was not quite cooked.
This is a great recipe. I precooked the chicken and frozen vegetables before mixing everything together. This is sure to be a family favorite. Next time I will double the recipe.
