This is a great sandwhich. I make mine on wheat toast with cucumbers, tomoato, sprouts, provolone, and ranch dressing. I don't put mustard on mine but my husband likes his with mustard and hot peppers with no cream chesse or ranch.
Great sandwich! I left out the sprouts, and mixed a little mayo with my cream cheese. Creamy and wonderful tasting! :)
I make a similar version of this only I grill the bread, leave out the mustard & use cucumbers instead of pickles & drizzle red wine vinigar on the tomato.
