Just a hint to those who've ever had their Cheesecake crack: Place a cake pan, half filled with boiled water in bottom of oven while cheesecake bakes. I helps keep the oven moist & cheesecake is less likely to crack! Good luck & Have a Happy Holiday!

I've been making cheesecakes for a little over a year. I have stuck with that recipe until now! I think this was an amazing recipe. I loved it, the only thing I did was added more pumpkin ;). It was awesome!

OMG! Pumpkin pie WAS my favorite. This is even better, if that's possible! Love it; didn't change a thing except I made my own crust - next time I will not bake the crust by itself and then again with the cheesecake. I'm thinking this will replace the traditional pie at Thanksgiving!

I'll start by saying I am NOT a fan of pumpkin pie. But I love this. Much smoother, and a much richer flavor than regular pumpkin pie. If you are looking for a way to kick it up a few notches, this is it. EDIT: 35-40 minutes is NOT enough time. Probably closer to 50 minutes.

This is the best cheesecake ever even though i haven't tasted it.I made this recipe for my test at an interview and guess??? what my boss loved it and i was hired.I couldn't ask for a slice to taste but will definitely make it at home this weekend.For topping i made a pecan praline topping recipe from food and wine.com.thank you soooo much you got somebody hired because of this recipe, usually i do not write comments but i signed up just to say thank you. Thanx Stephanie i will keep this forever.Sorry couldn't take a pic but will do so this weekend.

I made this last night. YUUUUMMMMY. Perfect. The only thing I changed was I used Paula Deen's graham cracker crust. I am making this again and again and again.
