Wonderful spud salad! Only change I made is used one very large dill pickle finely diced instead of dill relish, dry dill instead of fresh, and added 1 large stalk of celery for a little "crunch". I may have fudged a little on heavy side with the mustard too. ;-) This is the second time I've made this in about as many weeks. Made it about the same way the first time and forgot the olives! Didn't forget them this time and it does add a little to the flavor for sure. The dish went over great at the last function and I'm sure it will be a hit tomorrow at our monthly scuba dive picnic. Mahalo nui loa Tiff!!!

This has become my go to potato salad recipe. Its the only kind my children like, and makes for a welcome change during summer gatherings when everyone brings you typical potato salad. I usually use dried dill instead of fresh, simply bc its why i have on hand. I omit the eggs, olives, garlic & celery seed simply due to my picky kids.

This was unbelievably disappointing and bland, even after following some of the suggestions to perk it up. This one is not going in the recipe file.

I made this for a house warming party with fresh potatos from my garden and added diced dill pickles instead of the relish. It was a hit! To make it lower fat, I used plain yoghurt to replace the mayo.

This is very good and a change of pace from the usual. I did like it better freshly made vs sitting 3-4 hours. The favors at 4 hours are all one flavor rather than the distinct flavors. Good both ways tho'

This was a nice change from the usual potato salad. I left out the olives but kept everything else the same. I thought it tasted best the day it was made. The leftovers were a little too dilly for me:o)
