I made this recipe yesterday. I incorporated many of the suggestions in the reviews. I used 3 large boneless skinless ckn breasts, 3 stalks of celery, added no salt1/4 t black pepper, 6 oz. of fat free sour cream. 1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup, 1 can of 98% fat free cream of celery soup, 1/2 t celerysalt, 1 t minced onion, 1/2 t garlic powder, I also added 1 t herbs de Provence, and decreased butter to 1/4 C butter. The casserole tasted pretty good last nite. Tonight it was so much better. I highly recommend this recipe.
