Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon instant iced tea powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the apple juice, iced tea powder, blueberries, banana, and lemon juice into a blender pitcher. Blend on high until smooth.
