This would be fun to do for your Thanksgiving turkey. Oregano, sage and thyme are mixed in with lemon juice, oil and soy sauce, along with a few other delicious ingredients. Just let your turkey marinate overnight in the fridge and then cook as usual.

Deep-frying a turkey takes place outdoors. A twelve pound turkey will cook for about 45 minutes. A whole peeled onion is used to keep the three gallons of oil from scorching.

This brine, made with vegetable broth, apple juice, and plenty of seasonings, will make your holiday turkey extra moist and flavorful. Marinate your turkey overnight for the most flavorful meat.
