  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake pie crust 10 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
  2. In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with butter.
  3. In large bowl, beat chocolate mixture with sweetened condensed milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool at least 1 hour. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

I thought this was delicious and so did my company. I did find it to be soft in the middle and not firm like a brownie more like a soft fudge. I think I will cook it at a higher temp. or a longer period of time next time I make it. I also used reduced fat bisquick I don't know if that made a difference. I would love to here other results to see if they are the same.

I wouldn't say decadent, but it was good. Basically, it's a nicely moist brownie sitting in a pie shell... about what I expected. I wanted something quick and easy, and that's exactly what this is. Definitely serve with ice cream!!

I'm all for fudge type brownies but this was way too thick. I couldn't even finish one slice. Won't be making this again.
