I thought this was delicious and so did my company. I did find it to be soft in the middle and not firm like a brownie more like a soft fudge. I think I will cook it at a higher temp. or a longer period of time next time I make it. I also used reduced fat bisquick I don't know if that made a difference. I would love to here other results to see if they are the same.
I wouldn't say decadent, but it was good. Basically, it's a nicely moist brownie sitting in a pie shell... about what I expected. I wanted something quick and easy, and that's exactly what this is.
Definitely serve with ice cream!!
I'm all for fudge type brownies but this was way too thick. I couldn't even finish one slice. Won't be making this again.
