1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced fully cooked ham
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 bay leaf
2 bunches collard greens, thinly sliced
2 bunches mustard greens, thinly sliced
2 bunches turnip greens, thinly sliced
