My kids loved this so much they learned how to make it themselves. Like others, we didn't cool the chocolate the first time and so we ended up with "flecked" mousse. The second time we made it, we blended a bit of the cool whip into the chocolate to cool it and had a nice dark finish. the kids decided they liked the flecked version better, and now they make it on their own. Nice and easy sweetness!
