"I wanted something new for lunch, and we didn't have much fruit, so this is what I came up with. A mix of watermelon, peanut butter, and a couple other ingredients. Please trust me, it's not gross."

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 slice watermelon

Directions

  1. Stir the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter onto each slice of bread. Sprinkle the peanut butter with the sugar mixture. Sandwich the watermelon slice between the bread.
