5 fresh tomatillos, husks removed
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, stems removed
1/3 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and cut into large chunks
1/3 cup water
1/2 lime, juiced
1 pinch ground black pepper
salt to taste
I made this is go with taquitos for Monday Night football. It was pretty good but seemed to be lacking something. Maybe garlic? Not sure but I had quite a bit left over and that tells me it wasn't an absolute hit.
