i don't use mayonnaise to much so i substituted vanilla yogurt. i also add in grapes and apples. i like alot of crunch in my potato salad....

I made this for a BBQ and it was a hit. Everyone enjoyed the dill flavor because it is something different than the traditional potato salad.

I absolutley love this recipe, and my family raves about it. We've made this several times this summer, and will be making 25 pounds of it this Saturday for my Daughter's Graduation Party. I use Kraft Cucumber Ranch Dressing Salad Dressing. I do not chane a thing and follow exactly! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS ONE! Thank You!

Someone from my office brought this in for out carry-in. It was delicious!!! She gave me this link for the recipe and Here I am. I really rate this one A+++++++. We're having it with our Mother's Day meal. Yummmmmmmmm The dill and cucumber are wonderful flavors in this.

This receipe was great! An easy twist to the origonal potatoe salad.I added dill pickle juice for a little more dill flavor. I could not find cucumber ranch either, so I just used plain ranch. The receipe is great for large partys but was way to much for our family of four. We still have plenty of leftovers in the fridge.

My hubby was thrilled with this recipe, even though he is not a huge potato fan. The cucumbers bring a moistness to the salad and the dill and ranch add nice flavoring.

This recipe is a hit! I took it to one barbecue and have been asked to bring it again. I couldn't find cucumber ranch either so I cut up the cucumbers in small pieces and added them to the salad. This salad definitely benefits from overnight refrigeration.
