Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Transfer to a greased shallow 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Combine the cornflake crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.

this is a very good recipe and for the milk i substituted evaporated milk in a can and it was good

This was a very bland recipe. It needs more of something to make it taste less like paste.
