Excellent and loved the kick it gave. Scaled this down to 4 serving and used it in Kale and Quinoa With Creole Seasoning. Will make again!

This is so good and takes just a few minutes to mix together. This went great with my dinner salad tonight. I can't wait to put in my scrambled eggs for breakfast tomorrow. I did not add any salt.

I love this seasoning mix. I did cut back on the salt a bit, just enough to taste it without it being overpowering. Great on oven baked "jo-jo" potatoes, stirred into sour cream for a quick, kicky dip or sprinkled on homemade air popped popcorn. The best thing about it is it costs a fraction of what the store bought brands cost but you don't get any fillers AND you can control the salt. NOTE: To easily mix up the seasonings in this mix, combine them in a mini-processor and gently pulse to combine OR throw all the ingredients into a pint size canning jar, screw the lid on tight and let your kid go to town shaking the ingredients together.

Wonderful blend of herbs and spices! This is very easy to mix up and keep on hand in a little tupperware container. Plus it's much better than the stuff you can buy at the store! Thanks for a great recipe.

I tried another Creole Seasoning on this site before I tried this one and in my opinion this recipe is the better of the two. I like to control the salt so I omitted it. I also reduced the amount of cayenne pepper to be more in line with our tastes. This recipe has a measurement of oregano more in balance with the other herbs and spices and for that reason alone I prefer this recipe to the other.

I use this on all sorts of things. Most recently, I added lime and olive oil to make a nice marinade. Tossed in shrimp. Skewered the shrimp and placed in on the BBQ for a few minutes. Divine!
