Creamy Turkey Cleanup Recipe Reviews - Allrecipes.com (Pg. 1)

My family really liked this recipe. I did make several substitutions, but the recipe seems to lend itself to easy adaptation. I used regular rice cooked according to the directions, frozen carrot coins, and cream of chicken soup (these are what I had on hand). I will definitely use this recipe again. It's a great way to utilize some leftover turkey and I like the fact that you can substitute ingredients you have on hand and it still works!

We loved it! My husband actually put it together using left over 'Marinated Turkey Breast' from this site. I cooked some jasmine rice in the rice cooker and it was really easy to put together. The kids 5 and 3 both had seconds, and I thought it was surprisingly yummy! I think the flavor from the left over turkey gave it a lot of extra flavor. Will definitely make again.

This wasn't that great. While I did eat it, I would have preferred to have veggies, rice and left over turkey as the meal, then have the mushroom soup another time. Was quick to make, but won't be making again.
