Creamy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese, yogurt and cottage cheese. Mix in the spinach, onion and salt. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
