Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute mushrooms until tender. Stir in flour, milk and soy sauce; cook, stirring, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
