Creamy Mexican Dip

"A creamy dip that goes well with warm tortilla chips. If you like spicy food just add a little bottled hot sauce to the dip."

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced

Directions

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine sour cream, Cheddar cheese, salsa, and avocado. Combine ingredients until they are just mixed. Cover and chill until you are ready serve.
