This recipe was excellent. My husband and I made it last night and I think it's our new "what are we going to eat tonight?" recipe. We added a few more spices (lemon pepper, garlic salt, and a pinch of McCormick Cajun seasoning) to give it a bit more flavor, we also used a red bell pepper. Next time we will probably use two cans of cream of chicken soup to make it a bit more creamy. It had just the right amount of flavor and there was plenty for left-overs. I definitely would recommend this to those who want something good to eat but don't really want to do a bunch of work preparing dinner.
