KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 (16 ounce) packages
frozen green beans, thawed, drained
WHEAT THINS Original Crackers, crushed
Loved this recipe, but I did make some adjustments. First, I used fresh green beans and just stemed them. I used regular mayo, sargento mozzarella and provolone shredded cheese and instead of wheat thins, I used flatbread Italian Herb crackers. It was a big hit. I would definitely make this again.
I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed with this recipe. It wasn't bad...it just wasn't good enough to make again. The only change I made was to use fresh, pre-steamed green beans (can't stand the frozen or canned versions). The finished product was bland and unmemorable.
Delicious! Made this last night and my family loved it! Great flavor! Used French-fried onions as the topping instead of crackers.
Awesome!! I wanted something a little different and quick without using green beans so I used frozen thawed mixed vegetables instead. I then topped them with fried onions and drizzled with 1/4 cup of melted butter! The cream mixture is fabulous! The Olive Mayo is a must and gives it a great different taste that makes this recipe unique!
These were excellent. Everyone loved them.
Fabulous recipe! I upped the recipe to accommodate serving 25 and tweaked it slightly to what ingredients I had on hand. Used Italian 3-Cheese instead of plain Parmesean and used Mexican 4-cheese blend in place of the mozzarella cheese. Topped with the traditional french fried onion rings. There wasn't one drop of leftovers! Kids and adults alike gobbled it up! Excellent and easy recipe!
This was just not good, at all.
I really wanted to give this recipe more like a 2 1/2 stars. Make sure you make this right before serving as it is not good once it's cooled down at all. Also, the number one change I would make is to use canned green beans. The beans were like crunchy and not a good texture. Also, I would use french fried onions as topping instead of the crackers. I was NOT IMPRESSED at all.
