Delicious. I used fresh dill rather than dried, and added the Italian seasoning to taste. I wound up using about 1/2 of it. I HIGHLY recommend using this to taste, as this is your salt component and people have very different tastes for saltiness. Had I used the whole package, I think it would have been far too much for me.
I served these at a baby shower and everyone seemed to enjoy them. I put some cheese mixture on slices on baguette, then a slice of English cucumber, then a small sprig of fresh dill... GREAT presentation.
I had leftover cream cheese mixture, and it tastes lovely on crackers or on bagels, too. Anywhere that a savory cream cheese goes, this works.
