I just made these since my Miracle whip was gone and I don't like mayo. I didn't have dill pickles, but I added horseradish. B/f tasted it right after filling the eggs and he said its the best filling he has ever had. I am sure it will get even better after refridgerating them for a while! :)

I made these for Easter and had SO MANY people ask what I did different to deviled eggs! Who knew you could make a staple even beter!! The ranch dressing kicks up these eggs to a new level!

These weren't great. The consistency was not to my liking, even with the pickle and onion chopped finely, and the onion was overpowering, despite the fact that I put in less than 1/2 c. I don't think the ranch went well with the yolk, either, so I've got a plateful of deviled eggs in the fridge that no one in my family will eat. The recipe sounded good, but unfortunately didn't end up well.

I wasn't sure I liked these at first, so I put some miracle whip in, because that is what I am use to. I loved them! This recipie is a keeper.

Simple and delicious. I made the following alterations: omitted the onion, added a Tbsp mayo to make it less dry. I topped each with a slice of olive and paprika. To save time in the future, I might replace the pickles with straight vinegar. For Easter, serve on a nice egg plate with pretty plastic eggs or dyed eggs mixed in for fun.
