skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) package
sliced fresh mushrooms
4 large cloves
fresh lemon juice
2 (10.75 ounce) cans
condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
grated Romano cheese
3 (10 ounce) boxes
frozen whole leaf spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
cooked bacon, crumbled
shredded mozzarella cheese
I don't recommend changing anything when preparing this dish! My children ate spinach! I hear choirs of angels singing! It was delicious.
This was very good. I was glad it wasn't the same old Cream of Mushroom soup with chicken. Don't skip the any of the ingredients. Delicious!
