Truly adorable little penguins AND delicious!! I've made these twice now and everyone I have shown them to loved them as well and also asked for the recipe (that's how you know it's good :]). The first time I accidentally got all my olives the same size, but this didn't really matter. I've tried using regular cream cheese as well as a chive/garlic flavored whipped cream cheese. The whipped one was definitely easier to work with (it's already soft) and it tasted good, but it didn't have as much flavor as regular cream cheese. Next time I'll try adding some herbs and such to the regular cream cheese.
These were a bit time-consuming to make at first, but after the first few penguins you'll get the hang of it and go faster. For more useful tips, everyone has already mentioned them, so just look through the top comments :]!
