Original Recipe Yield 4 to 6 servings
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
  • 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
  • 4 ounces processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta)
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cook noodles until tender and drain.
  3. Combine noodles, corned beef, cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk and onion. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
