1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound chorizo, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chicken broth, plus more as needed
I made this recipe last year, my Mom made her traditional from scratch, and this whole pan disappeared because it was so tasty!!! so much flavor without being spicy, it was awesome, It will be the tradition in my home for many years, even Mom agreed!!!!! cant wait to make it Thursday!!!!!!
