I'm watching my weight so I used splenda instead of the sugar and egg beaters instead of eggs. I thought it was very tasty and a little sweet. We all loved it so I will definitely make this again.

I needed a quick side dish for small dinner gathering and everyone loved it. I cut the recipe in half since I knew there was going to be alot of other dishes.

All the adults loved this recipe. It was very good. A little to much egg, but with a souffle, I guess you should expect that. I actually had my guests ask for the recipe. Thanks.
