I made this per the recipe and it was way too sweet. I tried it again and used 14 oz. of coconut milk instead of the coconut cream. It was perfect that way, just like I remember from my visit to Peurto Rico. Add a little extra run for kick!

Fast and easy recipe I did use more rum half coconut half white rum and a splash of dark makes a huge difference

Loved it! Not only is this a pretty easy recipe..but it's delicious! I had to tell a couple of my friends that "hate egg nog" that they had had enough.

Amazing! I have never had real Rican coquito, but my best friend that lives there ALWAYS Raves about it. This is awesome! I made everything on the stove in a pot and added the rum after and put in the fridge. I used Malibu Coconut Rum. THANKS for the Wonderful Recipe!

The taste was perfect! Not as thick and heavy as the eggnog I'm used to, but the process I used was far simpler. You don't need a double boiler and blender. Just don't scorch the milk :)
