I used the "basics" on this recipe, made two pies for a work function. With the first, I substituted peanut-butter-cream chocolate sandwich cookies and caramel ice cream; the second, I used vanilla sandwich cookies and berry ice cream. Extremely easy to make, and delicious, too!

This was easy to assemble and delicious! I used Blue Belle strawberry ice cream and that was very good. It got rave reviews from everyone who sampled it!

Yum! This was so easy and so delicious. I needed 3 deserts for a party and this was just perfect. I made one following the recipe and changed the ice cream flavor for the other two. This is the only desert I'm going to "bake" this summer!
