large egg whites
1 (3.2 ounce) envelope
dry NESTLE® CARNATION® Instant Non-fat Dry Milk
shredded Cheddar cheese
sliced fresh mushrooms
finely chopped red bell pepper
medium green onions, sliced
ground black pepper
nonstick cooking spray
This worked well for my family. I sauteed the vegetables 2 min. and used sweet onion, added spinach. Cooking spray is a MUST. I used a pie plate for baking.
This didn't turn out well for me at all. I added some garlic powder and parsley to the mix, and it was still sorely lacking in flavor. However, I also baked mine too long, so maybe that was part of the problem. I don't have luck with frittata's anyway, so I won't try this recipie again.
