I changed this up a bit partly based on other reviews. I coated the chops with a mixture of flour, garlic powder and s&p and browned a bit. Instead of ketchup I used a raspberry chipotle barbeque sauce and omitted the brown sugar. It was really excellent. I'll do this again for sure. It was a very interesting flavor mix.

AWESOME! even the 4 year old loved it. The only thing I did different was to add about a teaspoon of garlic. :)

I took the suggestions of others and dipped in flour and pan fried for a bit. I also used half ketchup and half bbq and cooked for 40 minutes. Fiance and I both liked it but I think next time I will skip the BBQ as I feel it overpowered the flavor

This was my first time ever attempting putting any meat in the oven [as I'm only 15 ... but found myself cooking for me and my 9-year-old younger brother one afternoon] ... BUT I used a pork tenderloin instead, and put garlic to give it a hint of something besides pepsi and ketchup ..and I can honestly say it was a success..unfortunately, to me, it smelled better than it tasted, but my little brother who never eats rice, ate all the rice with the sauce on it .. so i would think it's a success.. Definitely a keeper and will be kept for any future dishes I want to make that are easy :) Thanks!

This was very easy and delicious! The whole family liked it. I browned the chops first then added some onions and deglazed with the sauce....I put it all in the oven and let it roast for 45 minutes. Delicious!!

I love this recipe and my family does as well. I tweaked it by adding copped green peppers to the sauce and applying onion and garlic powder to the chops before sauce application. The rice in the picture is a great side dish for this because its great for soaking up that sweet, tangy sauce!
