Coconut Pecan Bars Recipe Reviews - Allrecipes.com (Pg. 1)

I halved this recipe and baked in an 8 x 8 pan. These are very sweet but maybe that's just me since I don't like overly sweet desserts. They have a very good flavor though so next time I would like to try reducing the sugar. Thanks for the recipe!

I halved this recipe. Wow so simple and delicious. Chewy and sweet with that wonderful brown sugar and butter combo. I added 1/2 cup of butterscotch morsels to the batter. These were a hit in my home.

I just made a half batch of these to try them out - YUM! Perfectly soft, sweet squares with a bit of crunchy pecan. Will definitely make these again!

These bars are delicious! Instead of adding coconut and pecans to the dough, I baked the bars, then added canned coconut pecan icing! Yummy!

I bought these at a bake sale and asked for the recipe. She said no. So I am overjoyed to find these as they are so good. She put the peacns on top after the batter was spread out and did not use the powdered sugar. It made a nicer presentation that way. I will make them again for sure as they would be great for picnics or luncheons.

These are good warm from the oven. I halved the recipe and used wheat flour. Some cinnamon and nutmeg might be nice.
