Pretty good recipe. Not sure what the other reviewer was expecting, but this is meant to taste light and not artificial. A lot of people are used to strong coconut-flavored items that contain a lot of coconut oil and artificial flavors. Since this recipe is made with Agar, the texture will be different than JELLO. Recipe worked well for me and my friends.

I was really hoping for a coconut flavoured jelly with this but it did not even taste like coconut and I did not care for the taste and texture.
