Ingredients

  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract
  • ground cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk together the evaporated milk, coconut milk, confectioners' sugar, coconut extract, and ground cinnamon. Pour into freezer pop molds, and freeze until solid.
