Amazing pie!!! Quick, easy, and delicious!!! I give it 5 stars following the recipe and 5+ stars with a few changes...I used 2qty 3 oz instant coconut cream pudding mixes instead of vanilla, made sure to use 2 cups of whole milk (we only drink non-fat in our house...whole milk was much better), toasted a 7oz bag of sweetened coconut flakes (added flakes to the pudding/milk/whip cream mixture without measuring and used the rest on top). The pie shell I used was Mrs. Smith from the freezer section...Follow the baking directions in package to be sure it won't bubble up on you. I also waited just until serving to add topping of whip cream and toasted coconut so it wouldn't get damaged while in the fridge.
