This was great! Quick and easy. I left out the olives since no ones a fan of them, and next time I'd probably add half a pepper. I'm looking forward to using the left overs as either burrito filling or a topping for tostadas.

loved this recipe and lost it for a while. I did change it a bit left out the olives and crushed tortilla chips. Used as a burrito filling with avocado and lettuce. Hubby loved it.

Awesome. My family loved this. I did chop a green pepper and drained a can of "mexicorn" and added it to the bean mixture. Baked it and instead of serving like a casserole (which to me didn't seem to work) we used the cooked "mix" to fill flour tortillas and added the toppings of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, etc...to it. It was like a beef and been burrito with a kickin taste! Keepin it. thanks!

Basically a really large amount of bean dip. It was good, but I wouldn't make it as a meal. More of an appetizer. Nothing too special, it might be better layered.

This was a hit with my family. I served this with lettuce and sour cream and it was like a taco salad. I used Taco Seasoning I by Bill Echols and a small can of mild Hatch chiles. I only used 1 can of Rosarita refried beans as it was only for 3 of us. The next time though I am going to mix some of the tortilla chips in a little more like a taco pie/casserole. We'll definitely have this again. Thanks Carolyn, this was great. We really enjoyed this.
