This was great! Quick and easy. I left out the olives since no ones a fan of them, and next time I'd probably add half a pepper. I'm looking forward to using the left overs as either burrito filling or a topping for tostadas.

loved this recipe and lost it for a while. I did change it a bit left out the olives and crushed tortilla chips. Used as a burrito filling with avocado and lettuce. Hubby loved it.

Awesome. My family loved this. I did chop a green pepper and drained a can of "mexicorn" and added it to the bean mixture. Baked it and instead of serving like a casserole (which to me didn't seem to work) we used the cooked "mix" to fill flour tortillas and added the toppings of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, etc...to it. It was like a beef and been burrito with a kickin taste! Keepin it. thanks!

Basically a really large amount of bean dip. It was good, but I wouldn't make it as a meal. More of an appetizer. Nothing too special, it might be better layered.

This was a hit with my family. I served this with lettuce and sour cream and it was like a taco salad. I used Taco Seasoning I by Bill Echols and a small can of mild Hatch chiles. I only used 1 can of Rosarita refried beans as it was only for 3 of us. The next time though I am going to mix some of the tortilla chips in a little more like a taco pie/casserole. We'll definitely have this again. Thanks Carolyn, this was great. We really enjoyed this.

This was great! my family loved it, the kids called it "the bomb" an my husband said "its like a big not so messy toastada" I will be making this one again.
