This was the best quiche I've ever had - and I actually made it from scratch! I substituted 1/2 sharp cheddar and 1/2 swiss and also used fresh spinach-- as some other reviewers recommended. I sprayed my pie pans with nonstick cooking spray and baked the crusts for 8 min. before adding filling. My mistake, though, was leaving the pie dough a bit too thick (more than 1/4 inch) and it made the crust kind of dry. I covered the edges of the pie crust with a ring of aluminum foil to keep the sides from getting too brown. My boyfriend ate over half of one pie at once -definitely 5 starts!
