There is nothing timid about the flavors of this meaty lasagna. Hot Italian sausages are sandwiched between layers of ricotta, provolone and mozzarella cheeses, and embellished with a long-simmered tomato sauce seasoned with bacon and fennel.

For a fabulously flavorful dish that takes just minutes to make, simply saute garlic, onion and tender strips of chicken. Add artichoke hearts, tomato, feta cheese, parsley, lemon juice and oregano, and toss with hot pasta.

This has all the good stuff - ricotta, mozzarella, eggs and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and stuff this yummy stuffing into pre-cooked manicotti. Pour on your favorite tomato sauce and bake.
