I have been making this recipe for over 3 years. (Wow, I just came back to reprint my tattered recipe, the date on it was 2/10/07!) These are wonderful. My family loves them...my 6 year old requests them frequently. We usually dress them up with either jam, honey or maple syrup. I love them plain (you have to eat SOMETHING while you're standing there cooking!) :) Thanks so much for a great recipe. I make it as is and have never had a problem.
