Recipe by National Pork Board
"The parts of this entree salad come together quickly, and most can be done ahead of time: steaming the broccoli, cooking the pasta, making the dressing. It needs only some hot French bread or rolls to complete the meal."
Hmm. None of these ingredients are on sale today.

1 (1 pound)
whole pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
sweet yellow onion, thinly sliced
grated orange zest
penne (or other small pasta), cooked & drained
broccoli florets, steamed
walnuts, coarsely chopped
Awesome! Light and tasteful. I used half the amount of broccoli and added sliced carrots. Instead of cherries I added dried cranberries. I didn't have orange juice, so I used pomegranate juice. Would be great with orange juice as well.
