Really good. I probably baked for too long, cause the sugar crystalized. Definitely will be making again, just watching the time better.

In one word...fabulous!!I have made this recipe many times and it's always a hit even with those who are not fans of sweet potatoes. I never have leftovers!

These did not work for me. VERY dry. After dishing everyone up I put some back and tried adding orange juice, helped a little but not much. I think I'll stick to good ol' sweet potato casserole next time.
