This was really easy to make. I did make a few small changes though, that's why I rated 4 stars and not five because of my own changes. I doubled the raisins for one, also I had to add more flour, as this bread is a very soft dough. After I let it rise and rolled it out, I used 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar and 2 Tbsp. of Cinnamon for the swirl. I took another reviewers suggestion and baked for 30 minutes at 300 degrees, then turned off my oven and let them sit overnight. I think this would make wonderful toast for the morning, french toast or even a very good bread pudding. Tyvm for this recipe =)
