  1. Heat oven to 400 F. Grease or paper-line 12 muffin cups (2-1/2-inches in diameter).
  2. Stir together baking mix, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, cinnamon chips and milk in medium bowl just until moistened. Divide batter evenly into prepared muffin cups.
  3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or just until browned. Cool slightly; remove from pan.

These muffins are wonderful. I love cinnamon and Hersey came up with a winner in their cinnamon chips. This recipe was extremely easy to whip up and I cannot wait to try the chips in other recipes. Phoenix.

This was certainly the easiest recipe I've ever tried, but I wasn't wild about the result. They weren't terrible; they're just not my kind of muffin. I like moist, cake-like muffins. These came out kind of dry and biscuit-like. They reminded me more of scones than muffins. Just not my cup of tea.

These were good. Moist. Sweet. I made this recipie into mini muffins and they only took 10 minutes to bake. I will make these again.

I had this recipe just lying around and almost threw it away. Boy am I glad I DIDN'T. I'm not really a muffin person but these are really easy and VERY tasty. I made some when my friend came to visit from Virginia and she thought they were wonderful too.

I loved these for breakfast. They are best served warm. I heated my left overs in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and they tasted great! So quick and easy too. Thanks for sharing these with us.
