This recipe was great. I wasn't expecting much because it was my first time making it, but it was really good! I had some milk that was fixing to go bad, so I made it into buttermilk and used it all, ending up with a doubled recipe. I made it last night and all but one slice (out of two full-sized loaves) was gone by this morning! Success! It was a little difficult for me to crumble the topping, since I used butter instead of margarine, but I was doing it with my fingers, so the butter was melting instead of crumbling. By the end of it, I was using a fork, and I let it sit in the fridge a little before I put it in the second loaf, but it still didn't look very crumbly. Turns out it doesn't matter, because it all sunk down the middle to make a glorious crumbly cinnamon streak! (:
