"I created this recipe as a quick fix for something sweet and protein-filled for post-gym workouts...eventually the kids started taking it away from me and eating it themselves! Substitute what you like for a sweetener...I've used stevia, aspartame, and agave nectar, all with success. Greek yogurt takes some getting used to -- it's not for everyone!"

ground cinnamon, or to taste
stevia powder, to taste

This was my breakfast this morning. I loved it. SO good. Instead of stevia powder, I drizzled honey over the top. YUM.
This message to Ursula and anyone concerned about health risks of artificial sweeteners...stevia is does NOT contain aspartame. It is an all natural plant extract and is actually a food supliment. This recipe looks simple and yummy. Think I may try it using cream cheese for an apple dip.
We had this for breakfast today with apple slices and a mini cinnamon-raisin bagel with pumpkin butter. Used Truvia instead of stevia, and we ate it as an apple dip. Very nice.
This was delicious, great as a fruit dip or by itself.
I do this and also add granola. The amount of protein in the yogurt is amazing! Great for breakfast on the go!
So fast to make, so yummy. Tasted like a creamy apple pie. I mixed everything inside the yogurt cup (I used activia yogurt). Who needs high calorie apple pie when you can have this instead.
I love having this after my boxing workouts! It is refreshing, sweet, and very filling. All around, a perfect snack I make all the time now. I also add honey instead of stevia, and still find it sweet; great substitute!
