Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onion tops
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.

I did not add the sugar. After tasting it, I did add more chopped cilantro and green onion....
