It left a little to be desired as it doesn't necessarily replace my craving for restaurant mac and cheese. It wasn't exactly as creamy as I hoped for but I suppose I could making a white sauce first then adding cheese = more work and that's not what I was looking for. I added a whole head of broccoli, 1 cup milk, half the amount of sour cream, no cottage cheese cause I didn't have any on hand, half the panko (all I had), no butter... Just sprayed top w cooking oil and tossed it in a 8x8 baking dish. Oh yeah, and an egg. I would like to try it with cottage cheese next time and maybe omitting the egg will help w creaminess. Overall, very easy and recommended.
